Joseph Edwin (Sonny)ELLIOTT(Bishop Auckland). Peacefully 28th July aged 84 years. Beloved husband of Shirley, loving father of Josephine, Louis, Anthony and Edwina, father-in-law to Steve, Barbara and Atti, cherished grandfather to Antonia, Jack, Joseph, Toby, Lucinda, Tessa, Samantha and Zabrina, great-grandfather to Hunter, also a dear brother to Joan, Pat and the late Billy, brother-in-law to Vera and uncle, especially to Tina. Will friends please meet for service in St Andrew's Church, Bishop Auckland at 12.00 noon on Monday 8th August, followed by private cremation at the Wear Valley Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired may be given c/o the family at Redworth Hall, where all are invited for refreshments after the church service.
