Sylvia JeanEVANSFormerly of Upper Mill Farm, Llanishen. Sylvia passed away peacefully at home 17th November in the presence of her loving husband and sons Tony and Jason.

Sylvia will be deeply missed by her lovely grandchildren Holly and Sally whom she adored.

The funeral will take place at the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill at 2.00pm Friday 8th December.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired can be made in memory of Sylvia to Marie Curie either directly or via donation box on the day.
