MargaretFATHFATH - MARGARET, April 5, 2020. In loving memory of Margaret Fath, beloved mum of Lillian, Janet, Dennis and Gordon; a Granny, Great-granny and sister. A woman ahead of her time. Died 5th April in hospital, age 89yrs. Mum spent a lifetime caring for others, becoming a nurse while a teenager and remaining so until her retirement. A respected and knowledgeable voice within the hospitals she served; the first nursing Infection Control specialist in Liverpool. A keen gardener and allotment holder who was also skilled in the art of sugar craft. Loved and regarded by her church community. A strong supporter and advocate for her children, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Due to current requirements funeral will be very small close family only service on 23rd April, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
