Anthony CharlesGARROODPassed away peacefully on Saturday the 11th of March, aged 76 years. Dear husband of Jackie, much loved dad of Penny, Tim, Joe and Sam, and father-in-law of David, Isabel, Kirsty and Chantelle. Grandad to Ben, Alex, Ralph, Ronnie, Ernie and Buddy. The funeral service will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Tuesday 11th April at 11.15. Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu, would be gratefully received for Alzheimer's Research UK (www.alzheimersresearchuk.org) and Oakworth Ward, Three Valleys Hospital (Steeton, Keighley). We are very sorry that we were unable to attend the service due to being in Tenerife. I will always have fond memories and great respect for Anthony as he was one of the directors of research for my PhD.
