George Robert JohnsonGREENWELLPeacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on 18th January 2024, aged 94 years. Devoted husband of the late Dorothy, dearest dad to Paul. George was also special brother, neighbour and friend of many. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Friends are invited to join George's family to celebrate his life on Monday 5th February at Holy Trinity Church, High Usworth, Peareth Hall Road, Washington at 10:30am, followed by committal service at Saltwell Crematorium at 11:15am . Family flowers only please, donations in lieu will be received on the day with proceeds being divided between Marie Curie and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Breast Cancer Unit Charity.
