Susan ElizabethGYDEPassed away peacefully on Thursday 24th October 2019 at St Christopher's Hospice, London. Susan (Sue) of Belmont Hill, Lewisham and formerly of Lando Road, Pembrey. Beloved wife of Edward, loving and devoted mother of James, much loved daughter, sister and a dear aunt. Friend, teacher, wordsmith, champion of young people and activist for a fairer, better world. Sue will be missed hugely by her family, friends and all those whose lives she touched. Funeral Mass at Our Lady Star of the Sea 8th November at 11:30, all welcome, followed by interment at Burry Port Cemetery by invitation only. Family flowers only please but donations in Sue's memory for Penny Brohn (helping people live well with cancer), The Teenage Cancer Trust and St Christopher's Hospice, will be gratefully accepted by Mr Andrew Hall, 45 Ffordd Beck, Gowerton, Swansea, SA4 3GE. Sue had a vibrant, diverse and colourful life. She'd want you to celebrate it wearing clothes you love. So there's no formal dress code - colours are great, as is black (or white) - whatever you feel comfortable in.
