Funeral service to be held at 11.30am on Friday the 8th of November in the Wenallt Chapel of Thornhill Crematorium, Thornhill Road, Cardiff, CF14 9UA.

Donations in lieu of flowers are to be given to the Stroke Association in Dave's name.
