Peacefully at rest on Saturday 18th November 2023 at the RSUH, Jac aged 55 years of Shelton. Dearly beloved wife of the late Jim, treasured daughter of Margaret and Alf, much loved sister of Jo and Jeannine, dear sister-in-law of Mark and mummy Jac to fur babies Stormy, Quin, Coco and Tiggles. Jac will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.
The funeral cortege will leave her home in Shelton on Thursday 14th December for service at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Hanley at 10.45am followed by interment in Carmountside Lawn Cemetery.
Would relatives kindly accept this the only intimation. Friends wishing to attend please meet at the church.
Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Jac may be sent for Crohn's and Colitis UK c/o the funeral director.
