Tracy JaneHODGESadly, Tracy passed away at the Heath Hospital on Monday 6th March 2023, after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest. A devoted wife to Philip and much loved mother of Molly, cherished daughter of Jose and the late Hilary, loving sister of Matt, sister-in-law to Jen. Fond aunt of Callum and Grace, niece to Ellie. Tracy will never be forgotten. R.I.P Resting at James Summers Funeralcare, Lavernock Road, Penarth, CF64 5UP, until the funeral service on Tuesday 4th April at St Dochdwy Church, Llandough, at 1.30pm thereafter to Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry at 3pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to The British Heart Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society.
