Caryll EdnaHURMANCaryll, aged 80 years, passed away suddenly but peacefully with her family at her side in UHW, Cardiff on the 5th February.

Beloved wife to David, loving mum to Sarah and Gareth. Sister to Colin, sister-in-law to Mary and aunty to Stephanie and James. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Resting in the care of Green Willow Funerals until a committal service on Tuesday 18th March at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry at 11am followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Dinas Powys Methodist Church at 12noon.

Family flowers only, donations if desired can be made to support Marie Curie Hospice and Ty Hafan. Colourful clothing preferred.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Caryll, please accept my sincere condolences from all of us here at Tŷ Hafan. Caryll was a very special person and we can see from your Tribute page they were dearly loved by all of their family and friends. They will be missed. 

At Tŷ Hafan, the diagnosis of a life-shortening illness turns everyday life upside down for families, leaving them facing a future that is so different to the one they imagined. Your generosity means they can receive the care and support they need. Thanks to you, they can create a lifetime of memories in the time they have together, just like your memories of Caryll. I hope that gives you some comfort during this sad time.
