JohnIRVINE(Cramlington) It is with deepest sadness to announce the passing of Jack who passed away suddenly with his family by his side on Sunday the 10th November aged 81 years following his brave battle with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
Jack was a devoted husband of Moira and much loved father of John, Alan and Tony.
A funeral service will take place at Whitley Bay Crematorium on Thursday the 5th December at 12 noon.
Family flowers only please or donations in lieu in Jack's memory to the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA). A donation box will be available at the crematorium.
Everyone is welcome back to the Benedictine Social Club, Cramlington after the funeral service.
