PhyllisJAZWINSKIPhyllis passed away peacefully on 19th August 2023 aged 98.

Beloved wife of the late Tadeusz. Loving mum to Richard, Michael, Deborah, John, Christopher and the late Paul, Daniel & Peter. Devoted nana & great nana, also a much loved mother in law to her son in law & daughter in law.

The service will be held on 7th September 2023 at St Mary's Wardley at 10am followed by a burial.
