Dr Simon RafeLETMANSuddenly at home on April 13th, aged 59 years. Beloved husband of Sally, dad of Amy and Alice, son, son-in-law, brother-in-law, and uncle. Inspirational leader and much respected Head Teacher of Holbrook Academy. Funeral Service at St. Andrew's Church, Chelmondiston on Tuesday, May 7th at 12 noon followed later by private cremation. Family flowers only please but, if wished, donations to Holbrook Academy (towards a memorial to Simon) may be sent to Farthing Funeral Service, 650, Woodbridge Road, Ipswich, IP4 4PW.

DEAR SALLY I m so sorry to have only been told today of Simons parting in april.
YOU AMY AND ALICE MUST FEEL STILL AT SEA AND BE CLINGING TO ALL YOUR HAPPY MEMORIES.
