Joyce FlorenceMCNALLYSadly passed away on Wednesday 7th February 2024, aged 92 years.

Known as Joy, she was born in Ramsgate and her family moved to Broadstairs when she was 6. She lived there until she met John Robert Redmon, known as Bob, at a dance at Manston Air Force Base. Bob was from Louisville, Kentucky and was stationed at Manston when he was in the Air Force during the Korean war in the 1950's. They married and moved to Louisville, Kentucky where they raised their family. Joy lived there until 2009 and then returned to Broadstairs to live out her remaining years by her beloved seaside. Joy is survived by her daughter Jennifer Elizabeth Redmon and her brother Michael Norman McNally, and will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.

The cremation will take place at Thanet Crematorium on Thursday 29th February 2024 at 10.00am
