Beloved wife of John, much loved mum of Steven and his partner Suzanne, loving nanna of Oscar also a dear sister and good friend of many.
Pat's family would like to thank all staff at Almondbury Surgery, the carers at Route and to friends and neighbours for all their support.
Service at Huddersfield Crematorium on Thursday May 16th at 2.45pm.
