JohnMERCHANTof Wells, passed away peacefully at Silver Trees Care Home, Nailsea on Wednesday, 27th September 2023, aged 87 years.

Husband of the late Joyce, Father and Grandfather, he will be greatly missed by all his Family and friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Mendip Crematorium on Monday, October 23rd at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only, but donations if desired for the 'Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance' may be left at the crematorium or forwarded to

I will always feel very grateful to John for everything he has done for me mostly as a young girl of 13 when John and Joyce welcomed me into their family in Atlanta, Georgia all those years ago. But also for John and Joyce's support to me and my family always. Their love and caring will always stay with me as I hold them both very close to my heart. Rest in peace John and know we loved you very much.
