Beloved husband of Sylvia, dearly loved father of Paula and Lee, also a devoted grandfather of Edward, Tilly and Leo.
Funeral Service will be held at Charnock Richard Crematorium on Wednesday 15th November at 3:30pm.
At the request of the family dress code smart-casual.
