December 2018, Muriel Pears, aged 90, dear wife of the late Alan, devoted mother of Carol and Linda, loving and beloved grandma of Martin, Anne, Rachel and Faye, good friend of sons-in-law David and Gregor. Muriel's life's work was teaching in primary schools, latterly Gosforth West Infant's School, Newcastle, where she specialised in music and drama. She spent her happy retirement in Keswick and Peebles. Service in Borders Crematorium, Melrose, TD6 9HA, on Friday 21st. December at 10.00am to which all friends are invited.
