Philip Reginald JamesSAMPSONof Wells passed away peacefully at
home on Wednesday, October 9th 2024 aged 70 years.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral service to be held at Mendip Crematorium
on Wednesday, November 6th at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only but donations if desired for the 'National Autistic Society' may be left at the crematorium or forwarded to
