PatriciaSMITHPassed away peacefully at Tameside Hospital on 13th July 2018, aged 79 of Audenshaw. Dearly beloved Wife of Steve. Loved Mum of Peter, Jeanette and Cheryl. A much loved Granny of Dean, Luke, Rhys, Callum, Kirsty, Finlay and Lottie. And a cherished Great Granny affectionately known as other Granny to Lilly May, Ethan & Elijah. Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal is to take place on Friday 27th July 2018 at Dukinfield Crematorium at 3.30pm. Flowers Welcome. (Pat)
