GwendolenSMITHPassed away peacefully at home on 8th September 2021 aged 73 years. Gwen was the dearly loved wife of Trevor, and a much loved mum to Stephen and Tracey. Also a devoted grandma to Jacob and Isla. She was a good friend to many. All welcome to a service to celebrate Gwen's life at Huddersfield Crematorium on Monday 11th October at 10:45am and afterwards at Willow Valley Golf Club, Brighouse. Family flowers only please.
