Beloved Husband of Vera of 60 years. Adored Dad to heartbroken Joe, Clare & Chris. Loving father-in-law to Andrew and Cristell. Special Grandad (Googs) to his grandchildren Antony, Joe, James, Abigail & Daniel. Joe will be missed and loved every day but in our hearts he will forever stay. YNWA.
Joe's funeral is on Friday 18th October at 11.30a.m. at St Benet's Church in Netherton, followed by a burial at Ford Cemetery and then refreshments at St Benet's Club, everyone is welcome to join the family.
Joe will be resting in McCallum & Tritton in Bootle.
Family flowers only please, however if desired donations can be made in lieu of flowers to Andys Man Club (Men's Mental Health Charity).
Please wear something small red or royal blue as dad loved Derby Day!
We would like to thank Ward 32 the Stroke Unit and all the fantastic nurses and to Cambridge Court Nursing Home and all the amazing staff who looked after dad during his stay.
A Mass will be offered for you all.
