HazelTATEPassed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family.
Hazel will be sadly missed by her daughters Helen and Karen, her grandsons Connor, Joe and Tom, her wider family and her many friends.
Her funeral service will take place on Thursday 16th July at 15:00 at Shay Grange Crematorium.
Family flowers only. Donations can be made to the British Dyslexia Association.
Hazel's family would prefer that attendees do not wear black to the funeral service.
