LeslieTOMLINTom Peacefully on 21st January 2019, after prolonged suffering, our beloved husband, father and Gramps, passed away. Tom was a much loved husband of Lynne, Doting Dad of, Louise, Laura, Alex and the late Kirk and Craig Much loved and special Gramps to Shauna, Darcy, Theo, Gabrielle and Fenah. Much loved father in law of Anthony and loved by Dean. Much loved brother in law of Jenny and will be sorely missed by Nicole. His determination, fighting spirit will remain with us, always.
