ElizabethVALENTINESadly on Aug 20 at Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda, Llwynypia, Elizabeth, so soon after the passing of her beloved mother Nansi Valentine, also daughter of the late Charles George, dear sister of John and partner Shan, James and his wife June, aunt to Joseph and the late Catrin and Helen. A retired Head Mistress of Glanffrwd Infant School, Ynysybwl, Treasurer and Deacon of Noddfa Chapel and a former J.P. She was loved and respected by her family, friends and former pupils. She will be sadly missed. Funeral on Thursday Sept 4, service at Noddfa Chapel, High St, Ynysybwl at 11am, followed by interment at Ynysbwl Cemetery at 12 noon. Family flowers only please but donations, if so desired, to Cancer Research Wales, Velindre Hospital, Whitchurch, Cardiff. CF14 2TL.
