Dear husband of the late Margaret Vaughan, loving stepfather of Ann and the late Chris, dear brother of his late sister Roberta. Special grandfather of Michele, Michael, Susan and Nicola. Phil will be greatly missed and remembered with affection by all his family, friends and colleagues at the Waterloo and Penrhyn Quarry.
