Much loved dad to Jeff, Les, Pam and John, devoted grandad and great-grandad to all his grandchildren. Jack will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service at St. Leonard's Church, Bootle on Friday, November 28th at 1.30 p.m., followed by Cremation at Thornton Crematorium.
