Dear Judy, I have just learnt of Phil's passing. I am deeply saddened but have very fond indelible memories from my time in Kingsbridge exchange circa 81/82, going on car scrapyard foraging with Phil's help to keep my car running, and mackerel fishing in his boat. I learnt so much from Phil, simple life management advice from an unassuming good guy. I am still in Thailand and would be happy if you could send a picture malharris.email@gmail.com

Dear Judy and Bridget,
We were so sorry to hear of Phil’s passing, he was such a kind, gentle soul who always had time for a chat. We shall cherish our summer memories of country dancing as a family. Sorry we were not able to come and pay our respects in person, but I am sure he had a lovely send off from the Hope Cove community. He will be greatly missed.

Patrick friendship /Pauline Dawe.
We have both enjoyed many hours of Country dancing to
Philips calling, the local walks was most enjoyable particularly the river walk all of us had to rely on Philips tide knowledge to keep us safe.
Thank you Philip.
