WilliamYOUNGPassed away peacefully at home on 15th October aged 77 years. Billy, loving husband to Irene, devoted dad to Sharon and Kevin, Joanne, David. A dearly loved grandad and a loving brother to Margaret and Maureen and much loved brother-in-law to Margaret and David. Billy, will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.

Friends, please meet for service on Monday 2nd November at 1.15pm at Mountsett Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Ward 4 (Chemotherapy) at Shotley Bridge Hospital.

Billy's family would like to extend thanks to the staff at Tanfield View Surgery for their care and support.

Bravest strongest man faught & battled for so long can now rest out of pain, loved & cared for.. Me and boys been looking up to the stars for you shining down on us. Nates asked to make a little garden with a chair and undertaker in. so that's what we are going to do.. You will always be remembered. Your name lives on in all the boys names..

Gutted that Billy my old mate, pool doubles partner and Tantobie club pool captain has passed away, chalk up a pool cue for me old mate. My thoughts go out to his family.

Rest peacefully Grandad. Thank you for the memories, thank you for the smiles, thank you for showing me what true love really is, and most importantly thank you for being my grandad.

My beautiful Dad...Why did you have to leave us so soon. Our hearts are broken. If only we could have one more day with you. There is so much i would say to you.
