HelenSMITHSadly passed away on Thursday 24 January 2019 at Queens Hospital in Burton upon Trent. Her funeral service will be held at St Giles Church in Whittington on Thursday 4 April at 2.30.pm, followed by cremation at Lichfield and District Crematorium Fradley. Family flowers only by request.
