FlorenceSMITH 'FLO'Of Shawforth Nee Chadwick It is with great sadness that we have to announce the passing of our beautiful Mother, Florence. Peacefully passed away in the Royal Blackburn Hospital on the 23rd May 2020, aged 87 Years. Dearly loved Wife of the late Derek. Beloved and cherished Mother of Jackie and Darren. Dearly loved and treasured Grandma to Kyle. A much loved Sister to Jack and Mary, a fondly regarded Mother in Law. She will be missed by all her family and friends. Florence will be received into Rochdale Crematorium for her Service and Committal on Wednesday 3rd June 2020 at 2.20pm. Family flowers please by request. A celebration of Florence's life to be held in due course when restrictions are lifted. Flo will be missed by us all online - she was such a character and her antics always brightened the dullest day, that should be our mantra #BeMoreFlo she lived life to the full on her terms. Flo was a wonderful lady, once in a lifetime. She was full of fun, active, artistic and lovely. I will miss little flo and our chats about art, life and collecting sachets of sugar, sauces etc. Don’t worry flo, I will carry the flag for you. Still have lots in my handbag (just in case) lots of love sue xxx
