Loving Son of the late Arthur and Margaret, dear Brother of Ann, Brother in law of Aaron and Uncle of Bethan.

Funeral Service at St James Funeral Home, Uplands, Friday 28th March at 1.15pm, followed by a Private Cremation.

I can't believe you're gone. My youth is far behind me, but the memories of those days are still vivid. We shared so much together back then, inseparable. From the days roaming The Gower and playing Defender to the nights listening to Pink Floyd, surrounded by Rodney Mathews and the Numan concerts, which didn't even interrupt your Maths revision. All of it was a rich tapestry of love and friendship that lifted me up and made me whole. You will always have my love, wherever you are on this long, strange trip.

May the healing of "Peace above all understanding" fall upon the family left behind. I have so many happy, life giving memories of being with John right through the night until sunrise, fully alive to the wonders of the Universe as we spoke of many distant lands... Now May the Land of Eternal peace be ever present for John, in all ways. Thank you John for your gifted friendship to me and others, Carleton
