With deepest condolences to Pat and family. Thank you David for your friendship over thirty years. Always a calming influence and a voice of reason, I will miss our Formula One banter and you will be much missed. Goodnight and God bless.

Dave - you were a Prince among men. A fantastic friend and colleague. The world is a slightly darker place with your passing. You will be sadly missed. Rest in peace xx
