Jennifer AnnHERBERTPassed away peacefully on Thursday 29th May aged 87 years.

Former Headmistress at Oldfield School. Much loved sister, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend.

A service to celebrate Jenny's life will take place at Haycombe Crematorium Valley Chapel on Tuesday 17th June at 4pm.

Donations for Dorothy House in lieu of flowers, please.

Jenny interviewed me alongside the Head at Charterhouse School in Orpington just before she left to take up her new post in Bath.
She was the epitome of a teaching professional and as a deputy at what was originally Charterhouse School for Girls she was greatly admired and respected by pupils and staff. She bequeathed me a ovely group of young ladies studying R.E. at 'A' level and a library of books which would grace any theological college. A very special dedicated educationalist whose legacy will live long in the hearts of those she taught and managed.
