JohnHORNBYPassed away peacefully on 20th September 2024 with family by his side Jack, aged 95 years.

Beloved husband of the late Betty, loving dad of John and Jane, father-in-law of Keith, much loved gramps of Meg, treasured brother of Carole and the late Audrey, Ronnie, Kenny and Patty.

Jack will be sadly missed by all who loved him.

Funeral service to be held at St Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Monday 7th October 2024 at 11.15am. Friends please meet at the chapel.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired can be made to Brownlee Court Care Home. Retiring collection at the chapel.
