I was fortunate to know Dyl both professionally and personally and he will be sadly missed. He was an intelligent, genuine and incredibly funny person who I felt incredibly honoured to call my friend. My life is richer for my knowing him. My thoughts are with Jo and his family. Rest in peace old friend.

I had the very great pleasure to work with Dylan for 12 years at Conwy.
There are no words to do justice to this absolute legend of a man, or the sadness of him being taken from us too soon.
Such a genuine, loving, hardworking & unbelievably funny man - so many great memories of fun times in Dylan’s company.
One of Wales true gems 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿❤️

I worked with Dyl for the latter part of my career in CCBC as part of the EGov team. Hand on heart Dyl could have me in floods of laughter with his dry humour and thoughts on what was happening "on the day". Such a clever guy, and always wanted everything just so, when it came to his work.

I worked with Dylan on and off since 2008 and his dedication to his work was almost obsessive at times, he'd never leave work with a problem unsolved. We became friends outside of work and met up regularly to unwind with some beers and a BBQ. His dry wit and ability to fall asleep in a room full of people will be fondly remembered. Sleep well Dyl.

When I started working with Dylan and Simon on my placement year from university it was the beginning of a lifelong friendship both inside and outside of work that I will cherish forever.

Dylan was one of the most intelligent people I have ever met. He had many technical skills that were self-taught. He was one of those people who just 'had it'. That special something that leaves the rest of wondering how they learn this complex stuff with such ease.

Outside of work Dylan was enormous fun, enjoyed a beer and ALWAYS up for a party :-)

You have been taken too soon Dylan. The world has lost a fantastic man. I will miss you. X
