A loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather. Derek is an irreplaceable loss to all his family and friends.
Funeral service and committal on Friday 18th September at the Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium, St. Asaph at 1pm.
Donations in memory of Derek, in lieu of flowers, kindly accepted for the Alzheimer's Society and the North Wales Mountain Rescue Association.
