JohnDAKERSusan and family would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy, letters, cards and beautiful flowers received in their sad loss of a much loved husband, dad, grandad and great grandad.
The presence of so many at John's funeral service was a great support to us all and much appreciated as are the generous donations given for Colne Valley Lions Club.
Grateful thanks are extended to the Doctors and staff at Slaithwaite Health Centre and all the many carers who have supported John over many years and especially to the Doctors and staff at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary for their kindness, care and attention.
Special thanks also to John's lifelong friend Rev John Sykes for his kind words and wonderful service.
