The family would like to thank everybody who gave a donation to The Multiple Sclerosis Society, in memory of Matt. The whole family have been overwhelmed by your extreme generosity. Sincere thanks to Jean Clements for a truly beautiful service, thanks also to the Pulse Care Team who not only provided excellent care but also a friendship to Matt and his family. Thanks to the Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team, the District Nurses and the Staff at the Windmill Medical Practice for their continued support and to everybody else who was involved with Matt's care. A special thank you to the staff on Ward 44 Tameside General Hospital for their care and sensitivity during Matt's final days. Immense gratitude to Pauline, Pat and staff at 'The Green' Funeral Service' for their excellent care and attention, and also Denton Golf Club for their kind hospitality. A very big thank you to everyone who came to the service to celebrate Matt's life and to say a final farewell to ' A Truly Remarkable Young Man' who was taken too soon, but shall remain loved and in our hearts forever.
