Funeral service and cremation to take place on Friday November 22nd at 10.15am in the chapel of St Hilda Teesside crematorium. Would friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to Prostate Cancer UK. A donation box will be provided after the service.
