We feel privileged to have had such a wonderful friend over so many years. A school companion with Terry from the age of eleven and a loved family friend, with our children growing up together. We have all had many happy times together.
Ian’s unique personality and humour will be greatly missed but will continue to shine through the many memories made.
Much love to Tess and family. Xxx

Having known Ian for 46 years, I would like to say that he has been a great teacher, a respected colleague and a dear friend to me all these years!
I will never forget the many boat trips he took me on, where he was in his element and at peace with the world.
To a life well lived!
My thoughts and prayers are with Tess and all the family!
