Sylvia, aged 91 years of Leek, the beloved wife of the late Harold Dale (H), loving mum of Jacqui, dearest mum-in-law of Simon, devoted nan of Sam, Elliot and his partner Liss and a very dear sister, sister-in-law, aunty and friend to many.
Funeral Tuesday June 24th, following a private Cremation. A Service of Thanksgiving will take place at St Chad's Church, Longsdon at 12.15pm. Will friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the Church.
