Connie JeanneMELDRUMWho sadly passed on the 18th September 2024, at Glan Clwyd Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, aged 71 years, and of Axton.

Beloved Wife of the late Angus. Dear Mother of Jonathan. Connie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.

Funeral service to take place at Llanasa Parish Church on Thursday 24th October 2024, at 2:30pm, followed by committal at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, St Asaph.

Family flowers only please, donations if so desired in memory of Connie, will be gratefully accepted towards St Kentigern Hospice.

I wish I could be with Jon today to say goodbye to you. I love you with all my heart and thank you for all the amazing memories and laughes we shared together. I will remember your laugh forever and your stories. It was so amazing to get to come out and see you guys and I will forever cherish those moments and all the wonderful friends and family I got to meet. I love you to the moon and back!!!

So so sorry to read this. I live not far from Connie, worked with her in Ysbty Glan Clwyd many years ago and would sometimes call when out walking. Please accept my apologies for not being able to attend. Xxx Di Gill
