Service to take place in the Chapel of St Bede, Teesside Crematorium on Monday August 19th at 1pm. Friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
Family flowers only please, any donations in lieu to the Alzheimer's/Dementia Society. A donation box will be available at the crematorium chapel.
