DorothyARMITAGEOn the 30th August 2024, peacefully at her home in Upperthong, Dorothy aged 79 years. The dearly loved wife of Edward, much loved mum of Kara and her partner Steve, a proud and loving grandma of Xavier, a very dear step mum, sister and auntie.

Funeral service at Park Wood Crematorium Elland on Wednesday 18th September at 2.15 pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if wished may be given for Kirkwood Hospice c/o Radcliffe Funeral Service, 16 Westgate, Honley, Holmfirth, HD9 6AA or online at radcliffefuneralservice.co.uk - obituaries. A donation box will be available at the service. Will friends please accept this intimation and meet at the Crematorium.

Dorothy was a wonderful kind strong lady.I loved my chat's with her on a daily basis when she came for her newspaper,We became good friends,I admired her so much for her strength.She will be missed by her family and friends so much.Julie.
