SylviaWOOD (FORMERLY O'NEILL NEE PROFFITT)WOOD (FORMERLY O'NEILL nee PROFFITT) It is with great sadness that Sylvia's family announce her passing on 10th June 2021 at Tameside Hospital, aged 73 years. A dearly loved mum of Debra and Tracy, gran of Louise, Vicky David and Hayden, great gran of Jamie, Frankie and JJ, Sylvia will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Sylvia's cortege will pass The Station Pub Ashton and The Buffet Bar Stalybridge on route to Dukinfield Crematorium where the service will take place on Monday 28th June at 2pm (Invitation only). Spent so many nights at The Station in Ashton with Syl and John. Had some great nights out too. Syl was the perfect landlady and an even better friend. She was larger than life, with a great laugh and looked after everyone. Those memories are all the more precious now that you are gone. God bless Syl.
