DerekMOAKESPassed away 1st June 2018, aged 83 years. Beloved Husband of the late Gill. Together Again. Father to Andrew and Mary. A farmer from the day he was born. He worked hard to become a pharmacist and enjoyed mixing the two. Funeral service to be held at St. Patrick's Church, Earlswood on Thursday 21st June at 1.00 p.m., followed by interment in the churchyard. Family flowers only.
