EdnaBROWNBROWN, EDNA (Isle of Skye). Suddenly but peacefully in Broadford Hospital, Isle of Skye on Thursday 6th November 2014, aged 88. Beloved wife of John and mother of David and Philip, much loved sister of Alice, Ethel and Jim, cherished grandmother, mother-in-law, aunt and friend. A funeral service will be held at Church of Scotland, Aultbea, on Monday 17 November at 12.00noon. The committal funeral service will be held at Saltwell Crematorium, Gateshead on Wednesday 19 November at 12.00noon. All family and friends are warmly invited to attend either or both.
