DavidSIMPSON(Gateshead). Suddenly on 19th December, aged 57 years, David, dearly loved husband of Chris, brother of Stephen and dear cousin of Jimmy. Friends invited to service at Saltwell Crematorium, on Friday 6th February at 1.45pm. Family flowers only please, but, donations in lieu may be given at the service for Macmillan Cancer Support.
