PatriciaACTONPassed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on the 9th August 2019, aged 60 years. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday 9th October at Nottingham Road Cemetery Chapel at 2:00pm followed by burial.
